I have finally got to the stage that I am bored of eating pasta every night. (I know! Never thought I would say those words). Now that its getting pretty chilly here in Paris there is nothing better than some stodgy, warm comfort food so I am on a mission to learn to make risotto. Don't worry this isn't going to turn into a Julie and Julia situation, but I am searching the food blogs for ideas. Here are some that are getting my attention and I am going to be more adventurous next time I am Monoprix. (I haven't quite mastered the french markets yet. No judgement please.)
